The text below is our user site agreement. These are the terms and conditions
required for access to our site. Please read completely before deciding to
agree or disagree with these terms.

- Individuals who use our service must
be able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
- All sellers must honor all closing bids
(excluding reserve items)
- All winning bidders must follow through
with payment in a timely manner.
- Allnascardiecast.com is not responsible
for transactions made through this auction. We are just providing a
place for buyers and sellers to connect and interact.
- We will make every attempt possible to
help when auctions go bad, but cannot interfere with proceedings or
gaurantee any results from our site.
- Please only leave 1 feedback per user
per auction. Multiple feedbacks will be deleted.
- Bidding on your own item is prohibited.
- Allnascardiecast.com offers this auction
on a as is basis. We cannot be held liable for any outages, program
errors, or the likes.
- We do not control the information provided
by other users which is made available through our system
- Users are encouraged to leave feedback
for each transaction wheather it be good or bad. Anyone with more than
2 negative feedbacks will be deleted from system, and not allowed to
buy or sell on this auction.
- Any user found to disrupt auctions, or
feedbacks will be placed on diabled list, and will not be allowed to
buy or sell.
