Give the Kids The World is a non-profit organization which exists to fulfill the wishes of all children with life-threatening illnesses and their families to experience a memorable, joyful, cost-free visit to the Central Florida attractions. The Tide Brand has been affiliated with Give Kids The World since 1998 and dedicates one NASCAR race a year to the organization. Team Tide asks the children to design a unique paint scheme for the Tide car for this special race. Ricky Craven will be driving this specially designed paint scheme in the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series race on September 5th at California Speedway.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. / #8 Budweiser Collision Course
As a part of a creative effort in linking NASCAR with boxing, Budweiser ran a "Collision Course" program featuring Oscar De La Hoya vs. Felix Sturm and Bernard Hopkins vs. Robert Allen. Both boxing matches will happen on June 5th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Dale Earnhardt Jr's "Collision Course" car raced this past weekend in the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte. Dale Jr's Budweiser Chevrolet featured the "Collision Course" HBS PPV paint scheme, and included the "Collision Course" logo on the deck-lid. This was a ground-breaking cross-promotion between two of the fastest growing sports industry's today and proved to grow spectator awareness and obvious fan appeal.

The 2004 season marks the fifth year of General Mills' sponsorship with Petty Enterprises. Cheerios and Betty Crocker continue to be the primary sponsors of Petty Enterprises, however for the October 3 Talladega race, Jeff Green will be driving a car featuring another one of General Mill's favorites. For this race, the General Mills' snack Bugles will be found on the hood of the #43 car. Green's special paint scheme will feature the Bugles logo and graphics.

The Coca-Cola Racing Family will be celebrating the launch of Coca-Cola C2 with a high impact paint scheme program at the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup race at Daytona International Speedway on July 3, 2004. Coca-Cola C2 has the same great taste of Coca-Cola with half the calories and half the carbs and will be available at a store near you the week of June 10th.
